By using WatchGate, you agree to these terms.
WatchGate lets a parent choose which YouTube channels their child may browse, and requires the parent's approval before any specific video plays. WatchGate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
A parent creates and is responsible for their WatchGate account, including the child profiles and paired devices under it. Parents are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for supervising their child's use of any paired device.
You may not use WatchGate to attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with YouTube's normal playback, controls, or functionality, or to access YouTube content or services outside of what WatchGate's approval flow is designed to do.
Video playback within WatchGate uses YouTube's standard player and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not host, modify, or redistribute YouTube video content ourselves.
WatchGate is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that every video a parent allows will always be available, or that content on an allowed channel will remain appropriate for a given child — parental review of channels remains the parent's responsibility.
We may update these terms or the app itself over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
